Kentucky Beach Resort Reservation Policy

Well behaved pets are welcome but must be kept quiet and on a leash.  Guests who bring their pets must agree to assume any and all liability for damage or harm caused by their pets.  Guests are responsible for picking up behind their pets outside.  There is a pet charge of $10/day or $60/week for the first pet, and $8/day or $48/week for each additional pet.  A damage deposit of $100 per pet is required upon check-in and is refundable at check-out.  Failure to register the presence of any pet will result in additional charges.

A deposit of one days rental, with a minimum of $100.00 is required to secure reservation and 50% of the rental is required 60 days in advance of your stay.  Cancellations made more than 60 days in advance will be returned less a 25% administration fee if the unit is re-booked.  Any cancellation with less notice will be non-refundable.  We hold our guests responsible for all days reserved despite late arrival or early departure.  Full payment for reservation is due upon check in.

Arrival after 5:00 p.m. will require pre-payment of balance due.

Outlets are provided for charging and cranking batteries.  Use of outlets for other purposes (minnow buckets, portable freezers, etc.) will be a $5.00 per day additional charge.

Things to bring:  bathroom soap, kitchen dishwashing soap, beach and pool towels, coffee & coffee filters, charcoal, lighter fluid, grill tools.
